Guest guest
I am experimenting with a low carb diet to see if it makes a difference in my few remaining ms symptoms. Plus, I think I'm insulin resistant, and eating moderate to low carb is supposed to help heal insulin resistance. Have any of you tried eating low carb as a way to manage/heal the ms? Was it successful? Do you have any suggestions for eating low carb when you are a vegetarian? I'm willing to eat eggs, and some types of cheeses, but only when I can get them from my local farmer friends. I don't use prepackaged foods of any type. I'm also gluten free. Thanks!!
