Guest guest
Hi group, I just got a question about BBD, is it possible to eat goat products or does they contain lactose that is not allowed? And how about if pills I take for asthma contain lactose? I've been on BBD for half a year and I am trying to discover more suitable food as I feel I am eating the same all the time... Thanks
Guest guest
I-ve been trying to answer you for hours but have turned off my English keyboard and therefore misplaced things like apostrophes, so bear with me! Goat, camel, cow, etc. they are all lactose and should all be avoided. http://www.msrc.co.uk/index.cfm?fuseaction=show & pageid=146 & CFID=256893 & CFTOKEN=9\ 4920387 If there is another medication for asthma without lactose, that would be good but keeping asthma at bay has got to be of paramount importance to you. I found I was reacting to medications with lactose (and corn and others too) and couldn-t find alternatives so gave up mainstream supplements but then I didn-t have anything like asthma.
