Guest guest
Hi, What is reccomended by Dr. Ashton Embry is thet when you take high ammounts of vit D is about 1,200mg Calcium/600 mg Magnesium . Be sure you take Calcium if you are taking vit D. If not it can take the calcium from your bones and you could develop Osteoporosis. All you need is proper vitamin d levels, that is what tells your body to absorb calcium or not. So it is not how much calcium you take, it is how much is absorbed. One secret is there is a special form of vitamin k called K2-MK-7 that controls a protein called gla that tells calcium to deposit into your bones and not your soft tissue. I take about 90 mcg. a day and that is plenty. Speaking of magnesium, have you tried magnesium oil ?
