Guest guest
Hello all, I'm new to this group. I was just diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis,I'm 38. From my research so far I've come to the conclusion that it's Distal interphalangeal predominant. I guess it can get pretty bad. I am in pain from the arthritis, and my dr wants to prescribe Methotrexate. After my research on the drug Methotrexate, I am wondering if the pain is better than the side effects. Bloody urine or no urinating at all? Mouth sores and chronic coughing, shortness of breath,Hair loss..... It seems the side effects suck worse than the actual disease and pain itself. Can someone please tell me if you think the drug works well or not, and if the side effects are very bad. Thanks for your time. C.
