The drug does work. I have been on it for over 10 years and although I do

not stay in remission as some say the pain does get way better than without

the methotrexate. I am due another round of rituxin in January and

hopefully it will last longer this time and leave me in less pain. The cold

weather

does me in every time and I try and deal with it. My hands and feet/knees

and hip joints are what is bothering me the most now and am looking forward

to at least be in less pain as I am now. So in my opinion the side effects

are worth not being in so much pain.
