I'll tell you what I wrote to Tom about this study. It doesn't specify any

differences between participants and the conclusion is without basis. A person

who sits in a wheelchair and eats well will not have the same results that a

person who sits and sips tequila while smoking a crack pipe will have. It's too

vague to conclude that sitting is deadly. If that's your only option then NOT

sitting could be deadly for YOU. From the second a person is concieved we all

have death as an endgame. Make the most of the time that you have and don't

sweat the things that are out of your control.

,no truer words have ever been spoken. even if you can only move an inch

at a time, it is better than not doing anything with your life. THe one thing I

have learned about this disease is that you can't let it get you to the point of

worry. Stress is a very deadly item no matter what however with MS it is very

important not to get stressed out, or anything that will take you out of

character

Thank You for sharing this important information
