Guest guest
Hi all, I have never had headaches before I started taking Rebif. Now I have them pretty much all the time and most of the they are severe. I don't know if any of you on Rebif also experience these, but it's one of the affects of the drug. Guest guest
Most here are not on the Interferons but I have a friend who was on Rebif. She took advil a couple hours before the Rebif and that prevented the headaches the majority of the time for her. They call this pre-medicating. > > Hi all, > > I have never had headaches before I started taking Rebif. Guest guest
Most of us do not use drugs and this is not the place to discuss them. > > -Hi shirley > I am on Rebif and have been for 6 years, it's been a fantastic > experience for me. Guest guest
I'm sorry I don't understand. I thought this groups focus was MS and everything that goes with this unpleasant disease. Now whether it's drugs or diets I think we can all learn from each other. I'm newly diagnosed and right now I don't know any better than to take my Rebif injections. That's why I signed up for this group, I want to learn from experienced people. So I'm sorry if asking a question about drugs upset anyone, I was totally unaware that this is a no drug group. Thank you Shirley
Guest guest
Yes, Shirley, this group focuses on natural and alternative ways to treat, manage and HEAL autoimmune disorders, specifically Multiple Sclerosis. Most of us are anti drug because the big pharma drugs are dangerous, ineffective and cause more problems than they solve. We use methods like nutrition, herbs, acupuncture, LDN, Reiki, special diets, meditation, chemical avoidance, toxin cleaning, colon cleanse, and a host of other methods to control multiple sclerosis. Many of us here have seen symptom control, symptom reversal and even complete halt of the disease process using the methods above. This is the place to learn about these methods. We have many successful people here who are willing to share their experiences to help you learn. Guest guest
Yvette, I'm very interested in your approach to this disease but am very confused on where to start. Everyone seems very experienced, can you help me out? Thanks Shirley
Guest guest
Thank you Bruce for being so understanding. You see I've been very healthy all my life and I really don't know who to turn to. My family is also very healthy and I haven't even told them about my ms. So this was the first place that I found a bit of comfort with and really had no idea that there were options besides the Rebif. I still don't know how to begin to change my diet and get off the Rebif. I never wanted anyone in the group to get upset with me. But I wanted to say thank you for understanding where I was coming from and being nice enough to let me know. Shirley
