It was probably a month to six weeks.  It stays in your system and builds up

over time.  I did not realize what was happening at first.  I just noticed that

when exerting any I would feel flushed and slightly short of breath.  My BP has

always been really low 90/60 range and when I check it it was 140/86.  Needless

to say I discontinued the arava and now  my BP is back down to my normal range

but it took a few weeks for it to get back down.

How long did it take before you blood pressure shot up? That really

stinks since it was working. It always has to be something doesn't

it.
