RE Back in the olden days

Jane and group;

Awe thank you so much for sharing that with me. Yep, that reminds

me a bunch of times with us too. Things got better as time went on.

I was in a program through the welfare organization and went to

college on grants. That was a really hard time too. But we found

good times just like you did. There is a lot of free things out

there.

We packed a big meal every year (fourth of July) went to the lake.

We lived about 5 miles from lake erie. We was there all day playing

swimming and on the play ground. At 9 pm we would see the most

beautiful fire works you could imagine. The kids kept it up over the

years but after 9-11 they quit having the fireworks. They were

afraid of terrist. The city that planned the fire works.

I learned these things as a child cause we were a family of 10 from

west virginia. We had to quit eating the squirrels the neighbors

thought we were nuts haaaaaaaaaa. For those that don't know, you have

to hunt squirrel in hunting season. And now you're not allowed to do

it in City limits. Rabbits even better to eat.
