But contact your dentist and they can prescribe a mouthwash with benadryl and other indredients,you can get from a compounding pharmacy. Also, Orajel antiseptic mouth sore rinse, available at WalMart, has been very effective for me. Do hope you can get relief soon. Know how difficult this can be. I use Tea tree oil toothpaste and mouthwash daily. Probiotic yogurt is a good preventative as well.
