Dear :

I found this rather thought provoking. My 14 year old son is having more than

growing pains and we have agreed to take him to be checked for the R factor- the

usual bloodwork. I was diagnosed roughly 4 years ago but probably had it at

least 10 years prior. I've already been talking to our kids, especially my boy,

about taking better care of their health & bodies. I was a rough & tumble tomboy

growing up and marrying a farmer? I am 42 years old and have been " ridden hard &

put away wet " many many times. Over the past 4 years I have wondered if the dumb

stuff I enjoyed being involved in over my teens and twenties contributed to the

damage that I " enjoy " now. This information may well help my kids prevent or

delay the same! Thanks so very much for these links that you post here! You are

a great moderator and I appreciate you very much!
