Hi Roe!

No, I have never tried HBO therapy. I too was very interested in trying

it for my wife who has MS. I finally decided that the confinement time

and the cost outweighed the benefits.

H2O2 is toxic in large amounts. However, if you mix up to 10 drops of

food grade H2O2 (35% strength) in a glass of water, your body can handle

it. I have personally tried this therapy and did not notice any

improvement in my own health.

A supplement called Vitamin O by RGarden raises blood oxygen levels and

does not cost a fortune...:-)

Here is a link to it: http://www.excellentthings.com/Vitamin%20O.html

Hope this is helpful!

Tom, Have you tried the Hyperbaric oxygen therapies? When I first

got dx with MS, I did a ton of research and thought it was quite

possible that the MS was triggered by the Epstein Barr virus. Hence,

it is actually a virus. I absolutely agree that o2 can kill viruses.

The question is, one cannot keep high values of o2 in their system,

over time. I wanted to look into these HBOT but would like to know if

anyone has tried it.

They do sell water that is enhanced with oxygen. In fact, if one

takes a drop of blood prior to drinking this water, then drink a bunch

of water and look at your blood again, the blood will be oxygenated

(meaning it is free floating and not bound together). The problem is

that your body will rely on it and if it doesn't get this o2 water all

the time, it gets tired, weak, etc.... and the water is expensive

(over $2.00 a liter)

H2O2 is hydrogen peroxide. One cannot drink that. I also have found

a vitamin C source that I would like to discuss in a separate thread.

I really want to get individual feedback on that prior to trying it

as well. I have never been a fan of isolated vitamins because I know

they are just urinated out - not much is absorbed.
