Guest guest
I don't have tightness, but I do have tingling/falling asleep feeling in my legs and arms, but, right now, only when I am sleeping. I am intuiting that it has to do with the circulation/returning of blood from the brain (per the Italian doctor/researcher). When we are sleeping, we are flat. The blood has more trouble travelling to the extremities. I have added tons of supplements/herbs to address circulation, including gingko, acetyl-l-carnitine, DMG, horse chestnut, butcher's broom, pycnogenol, garlic tabs, cayenne. These seem to be helping at night. I don't know if this would help you or not, but the fact that it happens at night and when you first get up in the morning leads me to think there might be a correlation. Something to think about.
