Guest guest
I believe that a high intake of rice may be good for MS? Anyone else have any anecdotal evidence to support this? Rice is high in B vitamins and carbohydrates . . . and it would seem that MS is lower incidence in countries where rice is eaten in abundance, but I'm not 100% sure on this . . . It's just a small, pet theory of mine. Can anyone else chime in? I do seem to do better when I eat more rice . . . but as always, it could just be coincidence. Cheers, PS I AM NOT A DOCTOR.
