Sudden weakness, dementia and lack of interest is usually a sign of infection

(UTI, blood or pneumonia). Temperature is not a good indicator of infection in

a MSA patient as their temperature normally often runs much lower than a

" normal " person. It can normally (for them) be as low as 96 degrees. If he

gets to where you can't handle him - don't wait to go to doctor - go to the

emergency room.

, No sign of blood in stools, but Dr. is having him have a colonoscopy

to check that out. The anemia is from iron deficiency so that's one answer.
