Hi ,

You might want to try a wedge pillow until you get the bed thing straightened

out. Mark used a wedge pillow for a pretty long time until we got his

adjustable bed. We always take the wedge with us when we travel and know he

won't be able to sleep in an adjustable. They are pretty inexpensive and

Mark says they are comfortable. My niece calls it Mark's cheese pillow!

Take Care,

Judy

Hi: I agree the wedge pillow will help until you decide on what you want in

an adjustable bed. We could not do the brick thing. I have bad legs and

found I was ill from having my legs down all night. It helped Jack, but not

me. The wedge pillow made a big differance. Now we have two twin

adjustable beds together. It works great. Jack can raise his side while I

can lift my legs some if need be, but we are still together and the space is

the same in the room. Judy
