Guest guest
I was not bedridden and was granted SSDI (was approved 8 weeks after applying). I have assisted multiple people in applying….one important issue that most do not realize is that if you are going to your physician once every 3-4 months…..(prior to approval) you most likely will not be approved….(I am not speaking of seeing the same doc all the time….but any doctor visit…)there is a cap on the amount the lawyer will collect. Guest guest
See that's why I haven't even tried for disability. My husband asked me why I didn't try to get it till they could finally find a med combo that would work for me. The issue is that because I have been a stay at home mom for 12 years now I won't qualify due to the work credit thing. I guess I waited too long to finally try to go back to work. Jeanette in Houston -- [ ] Re: Disability for RA i would like to remind people that when applying for ssdi that u have to have recent work credits. My denal letter said i did not have enuff recent work credits. so dont wasit to long after u start missing work or cant find a job that u cna do just a reminder, Doe ------------------------------------
