Guest guest
Hi Lydia, taking a lot of supplements is generally a good thing because it usually causes a cleanse. A cleanse mobilizes toxins that can cause a Herx. The only things that I have found to alleviate a Herx is more fish oil and vitamin C. How much is more? one capsule of fish oil every 4 hrs along with 1000mg vitamin C, even thru the night if you wake up. Start out with double the C if you have a cold or cough. Don't forget the Milk Thisle Extract. 1000mg capsule every 8 hrs to clear the liver. I use the Rexall brand from Wall-Mart. ...RP -
Guest guest
Hi , I certainly now how you feel. The heart rate and rhythm have mostley to do with the gut and minerals. Fish oil is essential, as is Magnesium.. Why the gut? Because thats where much of the central nervous system is incorporated that has much to do with the heart rate. Cardiologists seem to ignore that. My guess is that part of the problem is you're eating some thing that you're reacting to. Grains, eggs, dairy, nuts, coffee, chocolate, ect. For me, wheat is the main cullpret. Usually it is some thing that you really like. And the reaction can be delayed. My feeling is that a pathogen has compromised the gut and this is one of the results. Hope this helps you out. Let us know how you do. .....RP
Guest guest
Do you drink anything with caffeine in it? I had this happen to me 3 years ago. Heart racing...Went to ER, they told me I was having anxiety. Put me on the monitor for 24 hours and got nothing. I went home and drank some tea with caffiene and it started up again. Since I stopped drinking or eating anything with it in it my heart beats normally. I've been a coffee drinker for years and it was just all the sudden for me. Docs say I'm allergic to it now.
