Guest guest
, Just to let you know I consider myself recovered and I feel back to normal. When i was diagnosed I was scared to death and i thought I would not be able to be a strong dad for my two young kids. The stress and fear was hard to deal with. I knew that those emotions made things worse. What helped me get better and be really strict about following the diet was to get the MS diet books and get online and read the stories of others that got better and recovered from MS. That helps tremendously. Don't read any of the " official " websites and info from the drug companies. They will scare you and make you believe the drugs are the only hope. Please know that following a simple to digest diet can really help you get better. Read the books and be really strict and patient with the diet and you will see improvements. Guest guest
What helps you through this nightmare is concentrating on what you can still do, not on what you can no longer do. Do everything you can to stop progression. More lesions don't necessarily mean a worse time. There are very few people who die of MS. If you had the rapid galloping MS, you'd know, but even that can be fought: diet, exercise, lifestyle, relaxation, supplements.Since I've been on the Best Bet Diet I've stopped progression. Most importantly, keep smiling!Janet To: mscured@...: jencharisma01@...: Fri, 12 Dec 2008 23:57:46 +0000Subject: Re: [MSfriends] Wondering effects of Lesions in certain locations.hi, I just had my MRI read to me yesterday and my neuro told me I hadmore lesions and I automatically thought death and wont see mygrandkds.
