Guest guest
Hi Mike, Instead of trying to directly treat MS-related symptoms, I think your wisest course of action would be to employ a comprehensive approach that includes a diet low in saturated fat (like the Best Bet Diet), exercise, detoxification, a low stress lifestyle, food supplements, glyconutrients, Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and a host of other things that some MSers have found very helpful. Guest guest
I used to get that pretty constantly too. Since being on the Best Bet Diet (BBD) the dizziness has largely disappeared and the blurred vision and slurred speech have totally gone. For me it was gluten/wheat removal that helped the most. I still get the lightheadedness on occasion but it always goes when I take just one sip of water. Janet To: mscured From: mmacchiarella@... I've been dealing w/ it for a few months now. If so were you able to figure out why and how'd u cope? thanks in advance.............mike _________________________________________________________________ Hotmail: Trusted email with powerful SPAM protection. https://signup.live.com/signup.aspx?id=60969
Guest guest
I have/ had and still do get something similar. Do you feel any naseau as well. Mention nystagmus to your GP. If you don't know, this is when one of your eyes very slightly involuntary moves moves hence mimicks the feeling similar to seasickness. My vision would sometimes be distorted as well along with dizziness. For me heat and sressfull situations sometimes will make it worse. then it just goes away.
