Guest guest
I am under the impression that fish oil lowers inflammation. I just had a conversation yesterday with my RN firend, I have tried it but didn't like it so much, I may force myself now that I know this. in PA On Wed, Nov 17, 2010 at 3:13 PM, <mercycove@...> wrote: > > > > > Hi...I have Ra/Psa, Sjogren's, Raynauds plus more...but in the past 7 or 8 > years Humira weekly plus mtx weekly I have done really well except just a > few brief flares. Guest guest
Hi, Tess, We hardly ever hear from you these days. Sorry that your CRP and SED rate have gone up. I found an article that lists some anti-inflammatory foods, plus tells foods to avoid. As I remember, you also have diabetes, and these foods are good for that, too. Actually, I eat a lot of these foods, which include spinach, blueberries, onions, walnuts, sweet potatoes, etc. 10 foods to fight inflammation: putting out the fire http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0FKA/is_4_69/ai_n19020308/ Sue On Nov 17, 2010, at 3:13 PM, mercycove@... wrote: > > Hi...I have Ra/Psa, Sjogren's, Raynauds plus more...but in the past > 7 or 8 years Humira weekly plus mtx weekly I have done really well > except just a few brief flares. Guest guest
I take Nordic Naturals fish oil fror GNC Health Food Stores. It is a little pricey compared to some brands but has no fishy taste whatsoever. Sue L
Guest guest
The brand I have tried is Nordic Naturals, says it has a touch of lemon, it still repeats on me. What do you take it with, Sue. I made sure to buy the best out there and still can't get them down. in PA On Thu, Nov 18, 2010 at 8:22 AM, SueL <sue3014@...> wrote: > > > I take Nordic Naturals fish oil fror GNC Health Food Stores.
