Guest guest
Hi...I have Ra/Psa, Sjogren's, Raynauds plus more...but in the past 7 or 8 years Humira weekly plus mtx weekly I have done really well except just a few brief flares. A year ago my CRP was under 1 and my Sed rate was 20. In the past couple months my Sed rate went to 30 then 41, and my CRP went to 6.7. When I was really sick with Ra etc, my Sed rate was over 100 and my CRP was 4. I am not having a lot of Ra etc. symptoms. I have had some heart rhythm problems but undergoing a nuclear stress test, echo, and carotid ultra sound everything looks great. My cholesterol levels are all good. Any thoughts here? I don't like ths inflammation trend. Does anyone know of foods or supplements that help lower inflammation? Thanks... Cheryle, in Oregon (aka Tess)
