Hi Barbara....I would love to be in Florida right now. I hate winter and

I'm sick of it already. lol

I'm feeling pretty good. Hopefully the enbrel will keep on keeping on. I

ve been on it since 2005.

Just glad the holidays are over with. My first without in quite some

time. Big hole since he loved Christmas so much. But like you, we've lost

but have to make the most of it.

I'm glad you joined the Red Hat Society...they seem to be a lot of fun.

I'm sure you have alot of bad moments after being married for 30 years.

Hard to believe that the marriage is over. He'll realize one day what he had

in you.

The 4 day trip to St A's sounds nice. I went there with my ex when he was

working in one of the hospitals there. It was nice to go shopping and

seeing the first school house in that area. The shopping was fun and the food

at

the Columbia spanish restaurant was super good. I don't know if that

restaurant is there anymore since this was back in the early 90's but could be.

Just enjoy yourself.... I forget where we stayed but it was either a

Quality Inn or comfort inn....on one of the main drags there.

Hope you have a super 2010....gosh knows...its past due...a good year.

Hugs..paula

Hi a:

I know what you mean about the holidays.  I too am glad they are

over.  The holidays bring up so many memories of times past that were good.  I

have been on an emotional rollar coaster for this past year.  It is really

getting to me now.  I don't know if my broken heart will ever mend, but I hope

so.  I am trying to move on and it is so hard.  I too know what it feels like

to lose someone you love.  They say time heals all wounds.  I hope it is soon.

I am glad you are feeling better.  I believe this year will be better

for both of us.  I pray you stay healthy and have little or no RA pain.  I

wish that for you.

I know you hate the cold.  I wish you lived here also.  It didn't seem

possible to me that the north makes a diff. in our health.  But, it sure

does.  I am glad I live here now, it was just so hard to leave my family and

friends.  It was a big adjustment for me.

I know you are getting lots of snow and very cold weather.  When it

gets that cold, it is hard to feel warm.  I used t hate going out to get the

car cleaned off so you could start it, all the while freezing to the bone!!!

It is cold here right now.  We had a bad frost last night and another due

tonight.  It hit my Banana tree hard.  It was doing great, and I could not

wait to pick them.  I think some damage was done so no Banana's this year.  We

have been picking ruby red grapefruits, Myer lemons, and tangerines.  That is

another good thing about here.  Lots and lots of great fruit all the time.

You take care a.  It is always so nice chatting with you.  You

are in my thoughts and prayers.  Continue to feel better and better.  Hope the

flu misses everyone's house!!!!  Talk soon.

Hugs,

Barbara
