Guest guest
Hi Heidi... I'm with you..sometimes its worth paying for it and making sure you've got it then to try to find a place that has it for free. I'd do the same thing...putting your mind at ease. I was just wondering since I saw the walgreens sign saying it has the swine flu shots now. My pcp didn't know when they would get any in either....so I went to the health clinic in mid November. I've got mine already..along with the seasonal flu in mid september. Good idea to call ahead. Hugs...a I had to pay $18.00 for mine, but at this point I don't care anymore. I had checked with my Drs. office and they don't know when they'll be getting another round, it would have been free there. It didn't cost anything for my mother there as she has Medicare. CVS and RiteAid are doing them as well, just call first to make sure they still have them and to lock in an appt. Walgreens has been very organized, there has been no line, just go fill out the paperwork, and be done. Good Luck!
