Dudley, with so many differet people taking Ldn, which is the best time to take

it??? even beforebed? when you get up in the morning? Through out the day? your

help would be great. I just started the 4.5 and am wondering if that is a good

dose to start with. Your help in this matter would be greatly

appreciated.......... Thanks in advance

Hi Deacon,

The best time to take LDN is at bedtime. If you have MS and are just starting

LDN, I would recommend a dose of 1.5 rather than 4.5 mg.
