Guest guest
and group; Hello group some of you know me. I have become a lurker of some sorts. I just want to let everyone know I read your post and feel for all those that hurt or going through hard times. Ten years ago my family, myself and husband was working and everything was fine. We lost our house when my husband was laid off. I couldn't work anymore because my disabilities became to much for me. It took about 3 years for me to get SSD. My husband went though a dozen jobs. Some closed down or he was just to old to do the work. When I read the post I know where everyone is coming from and their pain breaks my heart. I am so happy for all the medicine that has come out for RA, Fibro in the last 10 years, and other diseases I don't have listed. My daughter went to the ER last night with severe muscle pain all over her body. I knew it must of been lack of electrolites from throwing up so much. My daughter is Beanie and she is 37 thats one of my kids. My husband took her. My husband had to sign in the hospital also cause he has had an ear ache for over a month now. We can't afford a doctor since my husband is not working. My husband has worked for the 30 years of our marriage, so he is not a free loader. I know there are a lot of you going through this ordeal also. I am really hopeful with a new president we can see some changes in the job area. My daughter had a tummy bug. She was hooked up to an iv and given fluid and electrolites. I don't know if she got antibotics but my husband did, he also got some ear drop prescription. I enjoy the laughter that is on here by all of you. You guys have me laughing my butt off. And those that are having a hard time I pray and ask God to help them and me too. Times are hard like it was in the 70s. I know USA will get back on its feet. Those of the Christian faith don't worry. Your faith will get you through. I love you all no matter who you are. I am so glad our country is one of the best countries for giving everyone a chance. God bless you all and keep the laughter coming and those that need to vent couldnt find a better place than here to vent. All said with kindness. gentle hugs Clora ************************************************************ >

Guest guest
and group; That is my point. It is so sad in our great country that people can't get insurance. I am hoping the new president will work diligently for hearlth and jobs. I am hoping for this. and now you start on me. How is this political. I cant believe this is happening to me. I am sure Stan is good in many things. I ask him to let decide what is appropriate here for me to say. Cause he said to me that is not appropiate for me to talk about in his OPPINION. So now you and him are dictatating to me what to do. I consider myself a peace maker. My dad faught in 2 wars for our freedom. EXCUSE ME. Please let me wait for to clear this up, thank you kindly. I felt insulted whether In you're opinion I was or not. I know we can't talk politics. Like I said I could care less about politics. Said as kindly as possible. So if you can leave me alone in my opinion I wish you would. Thank you. The kids have gotten use to to a lifestyle that can provide them pretty much anything they want. Unfortunately I think we are going to have some rough times now. With whatever Obama can do, and I believe it is his intention to do the best he can, it certainly isn't going to happen overnight. I generally avoid politics here because this is not the place for it or our opinions about it. But I think the fact is that a lot of people are going to have to do some adjusting. A lot of us here are already used to living on a fixed income (others might say, this is an income!) and I am learning right now how to do that. It's will be interesting, that's for sure! > > Stan, > Seattle, Cloudy > >
