Guest guest Posted February 5, 2011 Report Share Posted February 5, 2011 I battle with SAD each winter and take vitamin D to combat symptoms. Recently, my PCP upped my vitamin D intake to 4000 iu per day, half in the morning and the rest at suppertime. She also has me take vitamin C to go along with it. And it's making a difference! I had no idea that RA could deplete vitamin D and make me want to hibernate all winter. Thank you, , for the time you spend researching all this stuff.
