i am not sure about the ownership of the exclusion policy. i need to

get the most recent copy of our policy for this plan. i think i will

call uhc tomorrow and ask. in our old book, when uhc was still

" gencare " it excluded wls unless approved in advance by the medical

director. i'm not sure how much this has changed. but i will look

into it. thanks for the idea.
