Please feel free to vent here anytime. We all have times like these and I agree - our spouses are not always sympathetic to our distress - especially if they are going through their own stuff. I pray your Rheumy is able to help you with all that is going on. Perhaps Orencia isn't the med for you. Have they considered Enbrel? From what I've heard, its been very effective for a lot of people. Take care.
