HI Sharon :)

Oooh I first want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAURA.......yes I was shouting, all

the way from TN lolol

Sara will be 10 In November and I too have the same sentiments, it's like a

milestone. The only thing is her size, Sara's now 50 inches but sooooo tiny

to be almost 10, maybe Im seeing her cognitive development, you know not like

other 10 yr. olds. Doesn't really matter, I love her the way she is, and Im

at a point I cant even imagine her any other way but it still that darn

feeling about age 10.

I had a dream the other night, I guess coming from all of the tragedies. I

dreamt Sara and I both died and went to heaven, knowing my father will make

her perfect when she enters, I was crying. I looked and looked for her but

could not find her because I didn't recognize her......in her perfectness.

See, I was looking for a sweet 10 yr. old, with DS. I told my Mom about this

dream, since it stayed with me so strong. She said don't worry Kathy, Sara

will find you :)

Everyday my connection to Sara grows stronger, and I cant even imagine life,

or eternity without her.

Happy 10th birthday, !!! We know its a little late, but its great to

celebrate your birthday for at least 2 weeks before and at least 2 weeks

after. I think I noticed the most change in last year, between 10 and

11. Of course there is that little " tween " attitude, but along with that is

the becoming of the person that is. Like she knows who she is now and

who she wants to be.

Sharon and we do need to take time to celebrate the joys in our lives. And

to recognize how trully blessed we are because of our children.

I remember when age 10 was a big thing too. I wrote letters to the

doctor who delivered him, and told him how happy we were with , and

also talked to the minister who talked to us and who christened him. It

really seemed like a milestone. Believe me, there are many wonderful years

ahead. I still can't imagine being without him. Jessie

that record low. All in all, since this is 1 year since it all started, I think

we are at a pretty good point. Still taking it day by day and I don't want to

get my hopes up too much!!! There is a God afterall. Pat & (1 year

--- Thank you , How sweet of you to acknowledge my birthday. Very

unexpected,

but greatly appreciated. I had a great day. Hubby took me to dinner at a

German

restaurant and the food was wonderful.

Thank you too Shirley, that was very kind of you to send me birthday wishes.

Hope you all have pain free days ahead.

Take care and Merry Christmas to everyone.

I'm glad you had a enjoyable day, . I think I could go for some

good German food right now.

I wouldn't have known about your birthday if it weren't for Shirley's post.

Merry Christmas to you!

--- Hi ,

Yes, I don't know how Shirley remembered as I must have mentioned it to her in

passing.

It was so sweet of her to think of me and spread the news.

Merry Christmas to you and yours as well.

Merry Christmas to everyone here in this wonderful group.
