Guest guest
Lyn, I have a colema board that I use. I have no problems on it, but my husband on the other hand.... it seems he has trouble with it going up and over the splash guard too. :-( What I do for him, is to put his feet up on little foot stools on either side of the toilet so it causes his hinny to hug the board more tightly. This might help you to keep the tube in better. If not, get some surgical tubing the same size as the tubing that connects the inlet hose with the tube that goes into your hinny. This tubing may not be long enough for you considering the extra weight that might be on your back side. You can make a piece that allows the tubing to reach further inside. Be very careful though! You don't want it to go inside too far! Read the colema board sites or call and ask how far it should go inside of you so you know how much longer to make the tubing. Hope this make sense! With my husband, we also put a small towel over the splash guard and his groin area. This way if there is a problem with it going up and over the splash guard, it goes into the towel, which goes right into the wash and is disinfected! Hope this helps, Have a great day! ~Karma ^^^^^^ http://www.karma.awarenesshealth.com/ --------------- Alkaline Answers for a World Gone Acid! Guest guest
Hi! My son does the exact same thing, and it drives me crazy! Guest guest
That IS the age of the falic stage. My daughter was the same way but outgrew it. If I remember correctly, anal stage is next....according to Freud. tracyrn1329 <tracyrn1329@...> wrote: Hi! My son does the exact same thing, and it drives me crazy! Guest guest
Anne: As you can see you are not alone. My son did this all the time also. I never knew it could be a yeast issue. To be honest I felt it was his way of releasing and feeling better, from a very stress filled day. When he did this I would redirect him and eventually he was told he neede to go to his room. That seem to work. Dont know if it was the right thing to do, but I did not want to make him feel like he was bad or wrong so it was my solution. BTW I know of many other parents who's children without special needs did this also. Guest guest
Yes yeast infection can cause, also parasites can. Guest guest
Nature Gate products are not all " safe " in terms of toxic ingredients. I would switch to a crystal stone or Tropical Traditions deodorant. j miller [ ] Re: Embarrassing question It's most likely toxins coming out. Guest guest
My husband had really sore underarms when he was detoxing. He used an aloe vera gel to help soothe the area. Guest guest
Hi , If you don't sweat much, why do you wear deodorant? I don't even bother!!! LOL!!! My suggestion would be to use a little bit of lavender essential oil (if you are concerned with odour). You can mix it with coconut oil if you want. You could also use it 'neat' (just by itself), but do a test patch first to make sure it doesn't irritate your skin. Lavender is known to help soothe burns. I know the burning sensation you have is not the same as an actual burn, but it could help to soothe the pain, in which case, you would probably want to dilute it a bit with the coconut oil, say 1-2 drops in a teaspoon of coconut oil. Then just apply a very small amount - dip a finger into the mixed oils - that's probably all you'll need. Hope that helps! > > My armpits are constantly itchy. Guest guest
Thanks, everyone! I looked up Nature's Gate products and it seems there are some nasty things in there. I was surprised. I'll try the stuff you guys recommended.
Guest guest
I wish I had that problem. I am hesitant to restart Arava (I was off due to infection) because it gave me the squats. I do not miss them. Have you talked to your doctor about the constipation? Have you tried a fiber supplement or Miralax to make things come out easier? In any casem please contact your doctor. *~ Kami ~* [ ] Embarrassing Question Ok, I've put off asking this question for long enough. Please bear with me - this was very difficult to write, but I just can't stand it any longer. My medications cause chronic constipation. Sometimes its firmer - other times its softer - either way its solid. Since I've switched over to MTX injections, I've noticed that if I have a bowel movement the day of the injection or the day after the injection and its a softer solid, I have intense burning in the anal area. I always pull back on the syringe plunger to make sure I'm not in a blood vessel before I inject, so its not like I've injected directly into my blood stream. Today the burning was so bad that I used an aloe/lidocaine gel externally (intended for sun burn) to try and cool that area down. It worked for the most part - I just don't know what to make of this or know if it is something that anyone else has experienced. Doreen . Guest guest
I guess I should have left the constipation part out because with Miralax, that is under control. The part that is bothering me is the burning in that area only on the day of or day after my MTX injection. I guess I'll just call my doctor and see what he thinks. Thanks anyway.....Doreen
