Guest guest
Dear Amy, Does Mercury cause MS? There is no definitive answer. Does Mercury poison the body? Irrefutable proof, just google and you can find it. Look up " smoking tooth " . Mercury has shown up in my blood. Having MS, I need all the health I can muster to fight it. Having fillings replaced improperly made my MS take a turn for the worse. I can almost track it specifically to that date. I have had only one DMPS shot and I am already stronger and walking better. If you listen to non- specialist dentists you probably listen to doctors and are on CRAB drugs. Your choice. After 35 years, I prefer to keep walking…Lydia

Guest guest
Lydia, I am sure that mercury in fillings has always been a very bad idea. What were they thinking? I am on Betaseron and am willing to stay on it because I am afraid of what might happen if I go off it. I am so fortunate that I have been relatively healthy, 5 years after diagnosis. I don't have noticible relapses. Is there literature about CRAB drugs that shows them to be harmful? Thanks for your e-mail. Amy

Most amalgam fillings are replaced by composites, and for big molar fillings by inlays or onlays.  Metal crowns over amalgam are also problematic, and are replaced by non-metallic or ziconium crowns.
