What can I take to enhance my concentration and information absorbtion?  I am

taking a certified herbalist course and my concentration is horrible.  I will

try to write what my instructor just said and can only remember the first three

words of the phrase. This is not normal for me since before I was diagnosed, I

held a 4.0 average in Nursing school.  What can I take to retain the info I am

learning.  It stresses me out....also I cant remember how to spell the silliest

things!  Frustrating. ..

Ginseng and ginkgo biloba.

Possibly pycnogenol and co-enzyme Q10 too.

My vote is for Gingko Biloba, I've been taking it now for ten years and I've not

looked back. I was that bad I could not remember what I was talking about when I

got half way into a sentance that I had started. The recommended dosage is 120mg

spread through out the day.
