Guest guest Posted March 18, 2010 Report Share Posted March 18, 2010 Dear Folks, Don't know if it is just me or otherwise...For the past seven days I have been eating two or three ounces each of " Walnuts, Pistachio nuts and Almonds " ......AND... for the past six days I have had decent, predictable and together bowel movements. For me that is an extraordinary improvement over constipation troubles for the last 5 or 6 years.....Just thought this might be helpful to others with similar problems.
