Great article, thanks for posting it. I can relate to the difficulty in getting

to a bathrom because the one that I have in Texas (where I am for another month)

isn't designed as well as the one that I have in NM. I tend to drink less here.

My feet are swollen more often but not as bad as they used to be. I got a

lumbar pillow for my wheelchair and a water cushion to sit on. Both of those

help loads.

Some of the fermented foods that I eat are diuretic (kefir, kombucha, pickled

veggies) and I limit my intake of those for that reason. It's good to flush out

the uric acid though but it isn't good to wear out your kidneys doing it!
