Disabled on PERS, how to deal w the IRS

I worked at a state university before going on disbility. The process was a lot

smoother than for most going on SS disability however, I can't claim disability

on my taxes.  Now that creates a problem lol! Money. Has anyone dealt with this

and if so how difficult was it to obtain the disabled classification for their

taxes? It also stops me from obtaining benefits most people are entitled to do

their disability status, medicare, HEAP, etc. Any suggestions? This is very

frustrating.

 

I am trying to do something about it now even though I've been on disability for

quite some time. I have a problem with giving up on getting solutions to things

because I end up in a flair and run out of energy it's quite frustrating. I've

even had a stalker for quite some time and haven't had the energy to push for

help from the police.
