Fungal Infection under Breasts

I was hoping one of you would have a great solution to this problem. It has

been very hot here and with sweating and such, I developed this fungal infection

and rash under my breasts which is very painful. I have been using this

medicated powder and it was almost gone and then all of a sudden it got worse.

I am unemployed and uninsured now so I really don't have money to go for a Dr.

visit unless absolutely necessary. I was hoping someone would have encountered

this problem before and wondered what was the best remedy. I have read some

solutions online but would rather get advise from this group.
