Wow!!! Thank you so much , what an amazing article, just what I was

looking for after recently finding out from a Scio session that I have excess

copper.

Its good to understand and to realise what the antagonists as well as the

solutions are!!

Also good to read re the spirullina as I was told to and have been drinking that

daily in warm rice milk...to help rid the excess copper.

Even interesting re the warm foods as my acupuncturist was trying to persuade me

down that route last year....

Once again fantastic article, easy to understand and important information.

Rice is often deficient in zinc. Maybe you can find a different transport

medium. Water, ginger tea, raw dairy milk (kefir at room temperature). It's

nice to read about situations that are similar to your own isn't it?

Forget I suggested kefir. Calcium antagonizes zinc.
