Guest guest
Hi, Instead of trying to directly treat MS-related symptoms, I think your wisest course of action would be to employ a comprehensive approach that includes a diet low in saturated fat (like the Best Bet Diet), exercise, detoxification, a low stress lifestyle, food supplements, glyconutrients, Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN), and a host of other things that some MSers have found very helpful. Guest guest
Hi there, I would say, yes, you are on the right track. Honestly, your diet is already so close to the Best Bet Diet, I would say go ahead and eliminate the beans/peas/legumes, including soy, and you're already there! I don't know about a lot of the supplements that you listed, but I would say that the most important are Vitamin D, with the cal/mag, and anti-inflammatory stuff like fish oil (because of the omega 3's). Is " IF Relief " an anti-inflammatory? Just wondering what is in it. Some other good anti-inflammatories are turmeric and bromelain. Give it all some time, and try to keep your stress levels low. Oh yeah, a food diary would be helpful too. That could help you pinpoint any other foods you are reacting to that can make your symptoms flare up. I just had an ELISA done and found that, in addition to the stuff like dairy and beans, I'm also reacting to carrots, asparagus, and salmon. They are now gone too. ugh HTH! Guest guest
DetoxMaxPlus for your dizziness may be worth looking into. Another member told me he had dizziness constantly for months as I do. The day he started it the dizziness stopped. I'm going to try it very soon.
