Guest guest
I was looking at her supplement page. Does anyone know why the followig supplements in particular would be good for MS? What does each do? Thanks, l-carnitine, Taurine, and Resveratrol > > She is a real MD, my husband used to work with her in Iowa. I am happy to hear that she is apparently doing so well. Guest guest
-Hi , Dr. Wahl's supplement usage is mitochondria centered-- mitochonidria are at the centers of cells and are responsible for energy production in the body. My biology major background is finally proving useful:) Carnitine is responsible for transporting fatty acids in your body to the centers of the cells (mitochondria) which promotes energy in the body. Taurine is a metabolic transmiter and has a detoxifying effect and is very important for the brain which would help MS and is in align with Dr. Wahl's recovery at the metabolic level. Revisterol is found in red wine and had been used for heart health and it helps provide energy to the muscles. Best, -- In mscured , " trekkie323 " wrote: > > I was looking at her supplement page.
