Yes, Kate, Yeah, you are a neighbour. I'd be interested in knowing what they

found out. I'm sure I am a thorn in the status quo addictions monopoly but,

heck, I only live once. I am reminded there are zealots out there ready to

kill to prove their point. A doctor was shot last yr.here and stabbed

yesterday for fulfilling the constitutionally rights of women to abortion. No

matter how any one feels about the issue this is the wrong way to protest. I

have been hated for offering RR here and was intimidated at times. But hell,

let 'em rip. Thanks, Kate.

I live in Blaine, just across the border from you. Several years ago

the police department dicontinued the DARE program because some study

or studies indicatied that it was ineffective. Don't know what

studies these were, but I might be able to find our be asking the

officers who were involved in the DARE program. Let me know if you

need the info.
