Congrats on finding a good doctor. How can I find a good rheumatologist

here in Shreveport, LA? I moved here 4 years ago and I do not have a

doctor. I was in perfect health until I had a flare up in January. The

next time this happens, I need to see a doctor. Thanks.

My regular provider, an NP, recommended mine. Basically, I live in the boonies

and she said my closest 2 were both good and one was a guy and one a girl. I

picked the gal, as that is more comfortable for me. Perhaps you can ask your

primary care provider for a recommendation? Best of luck.

Thanks Theresa, I appreciate the advice. We moved to Shreveport 4 years

ago and neither one of us has a doctor. I might ask some of the people

at church if they could give a recommendation.
