Guest guest
Welcome! Yea we do seem to deteriorate before people's eyes! until we start to learn just how much we can do (drug free). A lot of us here have learnt the hard way with no guidance. I feel we can give some of it back to make lives easier for others with MS. The best thing that has helped me has been the Best Bet diet (BBD), basically eliminating gluten, casein (milk products) and legumes. Amalgam removal has helped too. Exercise is paramount, be it yoga, swimming or whatever. Tell to let go, to relax and to look at all the archives here which point you in various alternative ways. Most of us here aren't cured but we are a hell of a lot better than we were (deteriorating before people's eyes). Keep smiling and come back with any specific questions. Guest guest
Look into CCSVI. Google it. Also I suggest Calcium EAP protocol. Google as well. Has been known to completeley wipe out MS if caught early. works espesially well in woman. Good Luck........ > > ---------- Forwarded message ---------- > > Date: Wed, Mar 31, 2010 at 12:40 PM > Subject: Re: Yahoo! Groups: Welcome to mscured.
