Nausea and vomiting from prednisone?

I have never had prednisone before, started it 4 days ago. Since then

I have become increasingly lightheaded and dizzy, and now today the

nausea and vomiting.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the only meds. you are taking for RA?
