It may never be a problem, except (heaven forbid) when you show up in the ER with a trauma and are bleeding out faster than they can pour the packed RBCs in you. I never would have known I now have issues if it hadn't been for the surgery. I've had coag studies done in the past, but not since the rise of MS and starting BBD.
