Guest guest
I agree with amanda's approach. I'm on the best bet diet and since diag. A year. ago I have not cheated with any gluten at all not even once. Before I started my eyes wld go in and out. I wld walk into walls, feel tired, night sweats, nerve pain, word lost, tremors, head bob and heavy legs. Now I'm better with the occational nerve pain which I manage through yoga three times a week, breathing exercising (I purchased a dvd) that I do three times a week to center and manage stress and acupuncture once a week. I must add the diet took around 6 months before I noticed major improvements. Also try your best avoid refined sugars. > Good Luck, > Amada - > > > > > ____________ _________ _________ __ > From: OSullivan <taz2mean@.. .> > To: lowdosenaltrexone@ yahoogroups. com; mscured@yahoogroups .com > Sent: Sun, May 2, 2010 1:11:08 PM > Subject: LDN and night sweats > >  > I have MS and taken LDN ,Does anyone know when the night sweats stop for good ?. > I am on 2.5ml of the LDN.Thanks > >
