Guest guest
QUESTIONS FROM Suzy B. drsuzyb@... 1. Has anyone tried to do exercises to renew the neuro-transmitters that are fading? If so, have they had good luck? THIS IS AN IMPORTANT QUESTION. 2. What have other people done to maintain quality of life as much as possible…i.e. certain exercises, showers, certain times to eat and drink water and sit and stand etc.? Or is every day a new day? 3. Also, tell me things I might be doing that may be making me weaker. I don't want to do anything to make my symptoms worse! 4. If I do everything that you mention in question 2, will I NOT be bedridden for many years provided I don't fall? In other words, what happens to people to cause them to be bedridden? 5. After you have to be in bed, what condition are you in? What are the positives and negatives? What quality of life do you have? 6. Can you give me the name of a 60 yr old female that is coping well? 7. I have a stationary bike I ride that also moves my arms but also makes my legs feel like 'noodles' so is that really helping me? Does it actually strengthen my legs? I want to be the " Lance Armstrong " of Shy-Drager!!! Thanks for your answers, Suzy ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com
