Guest guest
Thanks to all of you who have lended some insight regarding my misunderstanding of CCSVI. Recently I posted a comment regarding the results of a Carotid Doppler Ultrasound I had after reading the tale-end of a thread about CCSVI. At this point it is real easy to get proactive about things. My slip-up is doing things a bit prematurely without actually understanding the full scope of the situation. It was good to see that my arteries were clear of any plaque. I know now that it is the veins (azygos and jugular) that need to be checked in regard to CCSVI. Thank You. However, test results have indicated that my blood speed is elevated in my carotid arteries. My doc wrote me a script to have a transcranial doppler ultrasound taken this time. It wasn't easy finding a facility near me to have this done but I finally did. My appt is this Thurs. just a footnote; My father had one done a while back that showed some areas of concern. He recieved chelation over several months and he is doing much better. His sister also had the test done and did nothing and now she is in advanced stages of Alzheimers. My question is will this test examine the azygos and jugular veins? For the past three months I've been battling constant light-headedness. It usually hits real hard when every I move around as opposed to stationary where I'm ok. Thanks in advance everyone.
