There is much more evidence of the anti-candida, anti-constipation benefits. But the ms stories sound good! They particularly talk about fatigue. As it is a tea---I think I'll try and track some down and try it and see what happens. I'm just so skeptical with herbal ms cures--it seems everything 'cures' somebody. I wish somebody here knew more about it.
Guest guest
My experience is that if I get it under control I have more energy, less adult acne, less joint pain and better mood. For my son, controlling candida increases his attention and mood, less likelyhood of autism like stims, and less constipation. Stools can be an indication -- candida leads to fluffy, yeasty stools or constipation. But candida can be systemic and the signs in the bloodstream are less concrete. Regular doctors are clueless when it comes to candida IMO. > > How can one tell if their candida problems are improving? > >
