Hi....

The nodule is either a nodule or a ganglian cyst. I also have Fibro now.

I'm not a happy camper. Sounds like he'll be supporting disability if he gets

the paperwork from them. I know my primary care has received it from them

already. Got a new script for amitryptaline? Had blood drawn to check Vitamin

D, liver and everything else. Am off MTX and Enbrel for a while as I've had

the sniffles for 5 weeks. Sorry so short. Just feeling a bit frustrated.

It just never ends.

Thanks Doreen....just feeling a little overwhelmed. My unemployment may run

out mid-march, which means my insurance will go with it. I just got a few

more forms to complete for disability and things have just been sent to my Drs.

I'm still sending out resumes and no one calls. LOL, I mean this is awful to

be in this gray area. I know I'm not alone, I'm just venting. It is a

horrible place to be. Not knowing which way to turn. I did a few errands

today

and now my elbows and shoulders feel like there are weights on them. I'm

miserable, I should be locked in a closet until the real me comes back. Sorry

guys.

Hi Heidi - You're not alone. I have RA and Fibromyalgia, too. I take

my knuckles. My Rheumy didn't seem to concerned about them, but man oh

man to they hurt if I bump them. Hang in there. Praying that you feel

better soon.....Doreen :)

Hi ,

I'd venture to guess it's the prednisone making you sick, but who knows,

maybe you should have some crackers or something with it when you take it, see

if that helps. Same for the MTX when you start that. Good luck with that,

you'll notice a difference after a while. A good rheumy is hard to find, lock

on, hold on tight! LOL. It's terrible when Drs. try to tell us it's all in

our head. I haven't had that experience with this yet. I had it ages ago

when my stomache stuff was going on, but that didn't last long. Anyway, good

luck, keep us posted as to how you handle it. How much are you starting with?

I'm starting my Amitryptaline tonight. Eek!

When I was working part of my job was to interview and hire. We were a small

shop, and it's pretty tough just staying in business. If people related health

issues it usually meant they would not be a good candidate. It's not fair, but

it is a fact. Even now, in that situation, I wouldn't hire me.

Sorry for your pain and frustration, Heidi.

I'm glad that at least it sounds as if your rheumatologist is good.

Hang in there,
